As a CNC operator with us, you will work at the heart of our production, in a modern and well-equipped machine park where the focus is on quality and precision. The work is varied and includes manufacturing in short series, developing new components, and ongoing improvements of work methods and processes. Your accuracy and technical skills make a real difference with us!

Since all our expertise is gathered in-house, you will have close and effective collaboration with your colleagues, short decision-making paths, and great opportunities to influence both work methods and the final product. You will become an important part of the production where your work directly affects the quality of our machines. The role involves solving technical challenges, contributing ideas, and driving improvements - a responsibility that offers both variety and good development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, for example:

• Programming, setting up, testing, and producing components in our CNC machines
• Control measurement and quality assurance of components according to drawing and tolerance requirements
• CAM preparation in Mastercam
• Close collaboration with designers, assemblers, and colleagues within the manufacturing department
• Contributing ideas and improvements that drive us forward

Work planning is largely done within the team, and manufacturing orders are managed in the business system Monitor.

Who do we think you are?

• Relevant education as a CNC operator or equivalent experience
• Experience in programming and cutting preparation
• Knowledge of measurement technology and reading technical drawings
• Experience in CAM preparation, preferably in Mastercam
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-oriented
• Curious and motivated to learn new things
• A team player who enjoys working together towards common goals
